To confirm your reservation, a deposit of half of the total cost must be received within 7 days of making the reservation.  Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.  If your reservation is made within 14 days of your arrival, payment in full is required upon booking.

Your deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to check-in.  If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the check-in date, your deposit will be refunded only if your reserved dates are booked by other guests. 

If your reservation is cancelled by the property owner due to inclement weather or unscheduled maintenance needs, you have the option of:  1)  moving your reservation to any other open dates, in which case you will receive one free night for each booked night, or 2) a full refund.
